Areas of Service

Because the lists of spiritual gifts in the Bible are not necessarily exhaustive, and because we’re not given a definition of most of those gifts, we use a simple tool to assist believers in discovering their spiritual gift(s) and the best fit for ministry service. Built around the acronym P-R-I-E-S-T (1 Pet. 2:4-5, 9) and developed from our conviction regarding the “priesthood” of every believer, there are six areas for a person to consider:

Passion – What lights you up?
Reputation – What do others see in you?
Interests – What would you like to do?
Experience– What have you done?
Success– What have you done well?
Talents – What can you do well?

Look for opportunities to serve in each of the categories listed below:

Gather

   Worship Ministry – Choir

   Bible Study Teacher
   M-PACT Leadership Team
